Product Description Pigment Blacks
Pigment Blacks mainly (ca. 70-99%) consist of carbon. Oxidized pigment black products and gas blacks contain larger amounts of oxygen as an elementary component. The main differentiating criteria for pigment blacks are a) primary particle size, b) surface, c) structure, and d) functional surface group. These attributes determine color-related and application-specific properties such as jetness, tinting strength, color tint, rheology etc. By chemically modifying the product and making it available in different forms, we can fulfill virtually any application requirement in terms of pigment black dispersion degree and stabilization.
