General Information INXEL™ Pigment Preparation

Evonik Degussa has invested in an innovative, young company that manufactures pigment preparations in granule form. Evonik Degussa holds exclusive worldwide distribution rights for these preparations. With these preparations, which are marketed under the INXEL™ brand, Evonik Degussa offers universal pigment preparations for solvent-based coating systems. Tests show that these innovative preparations can also be used in solvent-based packaging printing inks and special plastics applications. INXEL™ pigment preparations waterborne coating applications are in the development pipeline. 

As Evonik Degussa is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of pigment blacks, it was only natural that the initial INXEL™ pigment preparations were based on Evonik Degussa Pigment Black. Today, various preparations are available, in different jetness ranges, for masstone and tinting applications. The color range is gradually being expanded until a color system is available providing all standard colors (not including luminescent and metallic colors) in the “RAL Classic Color Collection” spectrum.
